Families, couples, photographers, tourists and exercise freaks alike all hang out at this giant space of green in the concrete jungle that is Santiago, Chile. Any person that travels to Chile should definitely hit up this park before they go. You can relax and get a great taste of Chilean culture while you’re there. If you like to jog, this is one of your best bets to get away from the smog and cars of the city. Also, you can visit el “Museo Nacional,” or the National Museum. Entrance is free until tomorrow (August 15th) so head over soon! Normally it costs just $600 pesos (about 1.20 USD).
To get there, take the metro on the green line towards the metro station Quinta Normal.
Have fun!
